How to get passport?

If you make a passport you should provide some documents to Department of Immigration and Emigration Sri Lanka.

Most Important Documents have mentions below,

• Application Form ( You can get it from us if you want)

• Passport Online Photograph ( We have registered under government so we can take your photo and give the Photo Acknowledgement Note)

• National Identity Card Photocopy

• Birth Certificate Copy ( Certified from your Divisional Secretariat which we called "AG OFFICE" )
