How to Make National Identity Card

If you make a National Identity Card (NIC) you should provide some documents to Department of Registration Persons Sri Lanka.

Most Important Documents have mentions below,

• Application Form ( You can get it from your Grama Niladari thuma or Grama Niladari thumiya or Divisional Secretariat which we called "AG OFFICE" ).

• e-Photo Studio Online Photograph ( We have registered under government so we can take your photo and give the e-Photo Studio Online Photograph ).

• Stamps and Envelope.

• Birth Certificate Copy ( Certified from your Divisional Secretariat which we called "AG OFFICE" )

You can come to our studio and take our e-Photo Studio Online Photo Receipt to make your National Identity Card (ID CARD).
